Just had service on my combination stack washer and dryer we purchased a year ago from Dews and the technician Carlton was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the task at hand. Highly recommend Dews for your appliance purchases and services.

We purchased a refrigerator from Dews - and it was delivered today... Excellent service! Robert and Brett removed our old refrigerator & installed our new one. They were outstanding! They were careful of our walls, floors etc. Great at explaining info on our new appliance. They took their time & made sure everything was done right! Will definitely shop at Dews in the future when we need a new appliance!

Had 2 glitches after purchasing a washer and dryer but Darlene and the DEWS team were responsive and flexible to make things right in the end. I did also appreciate how they delayed our delivery by one day due to forecasted heavy rains. The big box stores would not have done that proactively.

From the moment I walked in, to Dew's showroom to the time they delivered my washing machine was under 24 hours and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable! The front desk woman was very nice and caring! The salesman Jonathan took over 10 minutes to try to find my old dryers measurements went above and beyond. The delivery people work for Dews not 3rd partied out and the 2 gentleman were great like everyone else! Caring knowledgeable and just really nice guys! I can't recommend Dews more in every aspect! Way way better experience then Lowes and Home Depot in my opinion! Will absolutely use Dew's again!

Same day service. Tech arrived on time and called when he was in route so that I could leave work and meet him. Really appreciate the efficiency. The dispatcher was nice and helpful as well.

Just had microwave installed. From working with Chris in showroom to actual install couldn't have asked for more. Courteous, efficient and prices cheaper than Lowe's & Home Depot to include installation and haul away old item which was free. Definitely 5 star will be using again shortly to replace oven & refrigerator. Highly recommended!

Rich came out to fix my dryer, and he did an amazing job! He was fast, knowledgeable, and super professional. My dryer is running perfectly now thanks to him. I also want to give a shout-out to Julie, who works in the office—her customer service is absolutely outstanding. She’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this company! Great people, great service, and definitely a place I’ll use again.

We recently purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer at Dews Appliance Store. Our sales coordinator, Jonathan Lowe was a very helpful & knowledgeable person in helping us to choose the appliances, which are excellent machines. I highly recommend using them.

When our air went out in the middle of summer, they were quick to respond and offered excellent customer service. Expert service and excellent product. When we needed a seven year old invoice to help with a real estate tax, Tami was able to pull it up and assisted us with wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend DEWS. Great service, great product and great customer service.
